Terms of Service

We, the team at Intellitics, are building Zilino, a web application for e-participation.

We are currently in private alpha, meaning we are just getting started setting up the basic functionality of our site. We would love to welcome you as a participant in our pilot program. During our private alpha phase, our basic service will be free of charge. Additional features may require paid upgrades. Our service is designed to allow our users to freely express themselves and collaborate with others. A few simple rules apply when using our service:

• Please act responsibly and be courteous and respectful when interacting with others.
• No unlawful behavior. Specifically, we don't allow or tolerate spam, pornography, hate speech or otherwise abusive behavior.
• We may refuse service to anyone for any or no reason without prior notice.

As of August 1, 2008 we are in the process of revising the full-length version of our terms of service, which will replace this non-binding summary shortly within the next few weeks.
