Pilot Program

During our alpha phase, we are running a number of pilot projects in order to help us better understand the real-life needs of our customers and to validate our approach with regard to technology and process. In order to qualify, projects should generally be short-term, medium-sized, and fairly low-risk yet already deliver value to the convener.

Your goals

What are you trying to achieve? How will Zilino deliver value? Zilino's main use case are online consultations whereby organizations or communities involve their constituents in collaborative problem solving or decision making. Is there an actual decision being made? If so, by whom? What influence will the participants have on the decision making process?

What are the reasons you are considering an online consultation? What do you expect Zilino to do that traditional means of engagement can't accomplish? How will you measure success?

Your community

Tell us about your organization or community and the people who will be participating. Do you or your constituents have any prior experience with (online) participation?

For the purpose of the pilot project, we suggest to keep group size relatively small at anywhere between a few dozen and a few hundred participants. What group size do you have in mind?

Your timeline

During the pilot phase, we suggest a project duration of several weeks rather than several months. Do you already have specific start and end dates in mind?

Your wish list

At this point, our feature set is still fairly limited. Please share any (future) requirements you can think of or tell us what you think your perfect e-participation environment should look like. We'll do our best to accommodate you!
