Pilot Program

During our alpha phase, we will run a number of test and pilot projects in order to help us better understand the real-life needs of our customers.

Your organization

Tell us about your organization. Do you or your members/constituents have any prior experience with (online) participation?

Group size

For the purpose of the pilot project, we suggest to keep group size relatively small at anywhere between a few dozen and a couple of hundred participants. What group size do you have in mind?

Objectives

For the time being, our main use case are online consultations, whereby an organization or community involves their constituents in some kind of decision making process. Generally speaking, what are you trying to achieve? How will you measure success? Is there an actual decision being made? By whom? What influence will the participants have on this decision making process?

Timeline

During the pilot phase, we suggest a project duration of up to several weeks. Do you have specific start and end dates in mind?

E-participation wish list

At this point, our feature set is still fairly small. Please share any (future) requirements you can think of or tell us what you think the perfect e-participation environment should look like. We'll see how we can accommodate you.
